Collection and use of personal data (GDPR)

The information collected in the questionnaire is recorded in a computerized file by Mr. Ameline Olivier, president of ATP System. The legal basis for processing is the General Data Protection Regulation.

The data requested in the questionnaires must be provided.

Otherwise :

This would prevent the execution of the obligations or,

This would harm the protection of the vital interests of the person concerned or,

This would prevent preventive medicine or occupational health monitoring or,

This would prevent temporary archiving in the public interest.

In the case of unsuccessful applicants, the CVs are kept in the same way, 2 years after submitting the CV.
